We share it only with carefully selected service providers who help us run the school — such as our email provider, our hosting provider, and our analytics provider. These providers are bound by contract to process the information only on our instructions and to protect it appropriately.

6. International transfers

7. How long we keep your information
We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law. Enquiry data is typically held for up to twenty‑four months, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised. Learner records related to enrolled courses are held for the duration of the learner relationship and for up to six years after, in line with our accounting and regulatory obligations.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Ask us to delete your information ("right to be forgotten") where appropriate.
- Object to or restrict certain types of processing.

- Nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity, and lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India.

10. Children
Our courses are designed for adult learners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 16. If you believe a child has submitted information through our site, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
